We offer free global shipping through a range of partners depending on your destination country. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these additional charges.

The estimated delivery time is 2-8 weeks from the date of order placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Typically customers in the UK, USA, EU and AUS recieve their orders within 2 weeks.

You can track the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the confirmation email.

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may cause shipping delays.We appreciate your understanding in such situations and assure you that we will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Our shipping carriers will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address.

Returns Policy

We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our 14-day return policy ensures that you can shop with confidence.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.Items exempt from returns include pacifiers, diapers, training pants, diaper covers, bottles, sex toys, underwear, lingerie, and swimwear. This is due to hygeine purposes and ensuring the health and safety of all our staff and customers.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ddlgden.com within 14 days of receiving your order.Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging if possible.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them for compliance with the return policy.If the return is approved, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item(s).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item when initiating the return. The exchange will be processed upon receiving the returned item.

A restocking fee may apply for certain returns. This fee will be communicated to you during the return initiation process.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
