RETURNS POLICY

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging if possible.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them for compliance with the return policy.If the return is approved, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item(s).
