The estimated delivery time is 2-8 weeks from the date of order placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Typically customers in the UK, USA, EU and AUS recieve their orders within 2 weeks.
You can track the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the confirmation email.

RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.Items exempt from returns include pacifiers, diapers, training pants, diaper covers, bottles, sex toys, underwear, lingerie, and swimwear. This is due to hygeine purposes and ensuring the health and safety of all our staff and customers.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ddlgden.com within 14 days of receiving your order.Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging if possible.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them for compliance with the return policy.If the return is approved, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item when initiating the return. The exchange will be processed upon receiving the returned item.
